It starts simply: you reach out. From there, you'll receive Her Brand's Investment Guide straight to your inbox — a full look at services, packages, and pricing so you can come to our call informed and ready.

Then we get on the phone. Our 30-minute consultation is where we talk through your vision, your business, and what you actually need. No pressure, no pitch — just a real conversation to make sure we're the right fit for each other.

Your Custom Proposal → Make It Official

No two businesses are the same, so no two projects are quoted the same. After our call, I'll build a custom proposal scoped specifically to your project — what's included, what the investment looks like, and what the timeline will be.

Once you're ready to move forward, we'll sign contracts and secure your spot with a retainer. That's when things get exciting.

Capture Your Brand → Set the Foundation

If your project includes photography or video, we'll handle that first — so your website has something real and you to build around. Not sure if you need a shoot? You're welcome to bring your own images or select from curated stock options. We'll figure out what serves your brand best.

From there, you'll complete Her Brand's onboarding form — a thoughtful questionnaire designed to gather everything needed before design begins. Your style preferences, brand direction, and website copy all live here.

A note on copy: I'm a designer and photographer, not a copywriter — and I want to be upfront about that. You're welcome to provide your own copy, and I'll work with whatever you bring. If you'd like me to take your onboarding answers and craft the words for you, that's available as an add-on service

Design Begins → First Look → Refine It → The Reveal

This is where it all comes together. Design begins, and within one week you'll see your first draft — a real, working version of your site, not just a mockup.

From there, we move into revisions. You'll have up to two rounds to request changes, and I'll make sure every detail reflects your vision before we call it final. When the site is exactly where it needs to be, I'll present the completed version for your approval.

Hand Off → You're Live

Once you've signed off, remaining payment is collected and your website ownership is officially transferred to you. It's yours — completely.

Before we wrap, we'll schedule your one-on-one training session (virtual or in person — your choice) so you feel confident managing your site on your own. This is always included, because handing you a website you don't know how to use isn't really a handoff at all.

Want ongoing support after launch? Maintenance retainers are available for clients who'd rather have someone in their corner for updates, additions, and anything that comes up down the road.
